Leland NC- On Saturday, we had our first "community" yard sale at Summerlin Trace. It was very successful, with many people from Leland stopping by to see what was for sale, and also us being able to get rid of so much stuff. By the end of the day, we had only one small box of knick knacks left. We were also able to show our new homes to several people, and to provide refreshments to everyone that stopped by. On another note, if you know anyone who wants to take advantage of the $8000 tax credit, they need to move quickly. Our new homes take 4 months to complete, and they have to close by December 1st to use the credit.
