Leland NC- Our newest home, The Thomas, on lot 3, has SOLD! It went into escrow while still under construction and closed shortly thereafter. The Thomas is a very popular split floorplan, with 2 covered porches and over 1300 heated square feet of living space (We never count porch area in the square foot of the home). The living room, dining area and kitchen have a very open feel, which is enhanced by the natural sunlight that comes through the abundance of windows.
